Governors
The governing body’s overriding responsibility is to work in partnership with the Headteacher, to promote the continuous improvement in the performance of the school. Governors play an important part in raising school standards through our three key roles of supporting strategic direction, ensuring accountability and monitoring and evaluating school performance.
The Governing Body is made up of parent-governors, staff-governors, governors co-opted from the local community and any governors (known as associate governors) elected on to the Governing Body for a particular purpose.
The Clerk to the Governors is Malcolm Foy.
